Provenance:The bird pot I. Rosen, Israel, late 1969. Thence by decent to the current owner.
Condition:
The bird vessel with a repaired spout and a few small hairline cracks along the rim, and an encrusted surface. The bowl with a 4 in. hairline crack, minor losses to the handles and spout. Surface abrasions and wear on all three pieces. The flask with losses to the rim and a 5 in. hairline with associated veins on the body. Minor nicks throughout.
