Pencil on paper, signed 'Mayhew' lower right; together with European School: Thatched House, oil on canvas mounted on board, indistinctly signed lower right.

Mayhew 4 3/4 x 9 in. (sheet), House 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 in., both unframed.

Condition:

Mayhew with pale staining. Painting with tack holes at the corners with tiny attendant losses.
