Two Italian Carved Walnut Savonarola Chairs
The first with arms carved with scroll pattern, the second with arms carved with rams head terminals.
The first 38 1/2 x 29 1/2 x 15 in., height of seat 18 in.; the second 41 1/2 x 29 x 19 in., height of seat 15 in.

Condition:
The first with minor wear. Evidence of worming. A few losses. Otherwise structurally sound and in good condition. The second with wear consistent with use. Greater wear to the extremities. Age splits to the seat. A few old repairs and losses. Otherwise structurally sound and in good condition.
